Walking Football as Medicine Kicks Off

Our very first Walking Football as Medicine (WFAM) session took place this week at Inspire Fitness Centre, Cabra West – and it was a fantastic start.

Walking football is a fun, non-contact way to stay active. For people living with Parkinson’s, regular exercise has proven benefits, including improved balance, mobility, and overall wellbeing. The sessions also provide an opportunity to connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We’re delighted to see this new programme begin and look forward to building a strong, active community around it.

Sessions run every Wednesday at 11 AM at Inspire Fitness Centre, Cabra West.
