The Cork branch represents people living with Parkinson’s Disease in Cork city and county.
Our ultimate ambition is to drive better care, treatments and quality of life for everyone affected by Parkinson’s by developing a network of local support groups and campaigning for community-based Parkinson’s nurses.

Sing for Your Life

Enjoy a relaxed singing session that promotes wellbeing, confidence and social connection. No previous singing experience is required and everyone is welcome.

Perpetual Motion Choir
Location: Lough Parish Centre, Cork City
When: Every Monday at 7.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
Join our choir for an enjoyable evening of music and friendship. Singing can support breathing, speech and confidence while providing a wonderful opportunity to connect with others.
Chair Pilates & Breathwork
Location: Bantry Boys Club, Church Road, Bantry, Co. Cork, P75 HF95
When: Every Thursday at 11.00am
This gentle class combines chair based Pilates with breathing exercises to help improve posture, flexibility, strength and relaxation.

Enjoy movement through dance in a welcoming and supportive environment. Classes are designed to improve mobility, coordination and confidence while having fun.
Irish Dancing
Location: Marian Hall, Ballinhassig, Co. Cork
When: Every Tuesday at 2.00pm
Experience the enjoyment of Irish dancing in a class adapted for people living with Parkinson’s. The sessions encourage movement, balance and social interaction.
