Weekly Activities

Exercise Class

Location: Strength & Conditioning Centre, Church Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, R35 Y653
When: Every Tuesday

Join us for a weekly exercise class designed to help improve strength, mobility and overall wellbeing. The class is suitable for people living with Parkinson’s and is tailored to a range of abilities.

Boxercise

Location: Mucklagh Community Centre, Mucklagh, Co. Offaly, R35 DN02
When: Every Thursday

Our Boxercise class offers a fun and energetic way to improve balance, coordination, strength and fitness in a supportive environment. Suitable for people living with Parkinson’s.

Suggested donation of €5 per class

Monthly Activities

Coffee Morning

Location: Mucklagh Community Centre, Mucklagh, Co. Offaly, R35 DN02
When: First Wednesday of every month

Join us for a relaxed coffee morning where members, families and care partners can meet, chat and enjoy each other’s company in a friendly and welcoming setting.

Educational and Social Meeting

Location: Charleville Centre, Tullamore, Co. Offaly
When: Third Wednesday of every month

Our monthly educational and social meeting provides an opportunity to hear from guest speakers, learn more about living well with Parkinson’s and connect with others in the local community.
