Cuppa & Chat

Location: Balreask Arms, Navan, Co. Meath
When: Last Friday of every month at 12.00pm
Please note: No Cuppa & Chat takes place in December.

Join us for a relaxed Cuppa & Chat and enjoy an opportunity to meet with fellow members, catch up and enjoy some conversation in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Exercise Class

Location: Claremont Stadium, Navan, Co. Meath
When: Every Monday at 12.00pm, from 31 August 2026

Our weekly exercise classes with Siel Bleu will begin on Monday 31 August and continue every Monday until Easter 2027, excluding Bank Holiday Mondays.

The classes are designed to support people living with Parkinson’s to stay active, improve strength and mobility, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

New members and partners are welcome to join these classes.
