We are delighted to announce that our Siel Bleu exercise classes will recommence on Monday 5th January 2026 at 12 noon in Claremont Stadium, Navan.

The classes will run for 12 weeks, excluding the February Bank Holiday Monday.

The fee is €5 per person per class.

The Meath branch meet on the last Friday of each month in the Balreask Arms, Navan at 12pm.
