Chair Yoga

Location: Parish Centre, Station Road, Newbridge, Co. Kildare
When: Every Tuesday at 11.00am

Enjoy a gentle chair yoga class designed to improve flexibility, balance and wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment. Suitable for people living with Parkinson’s of all abilities.

Chair Yoga

Location: Abbeyleix Vitality Hub, Abbeyleix, Co. Laois
When: Every Monday at 11.00am

Join us for a weekly chair yoga session focusing on gentle movement, stretching and relaxation. The class is suitable for people living with Parkinson’s and aims to support mobility and overall wellbeing.

Movement to Music

Location: An Sean Chistin, Irey, Ballyfin, Co. Laois, R32 X5D6
When: Every Thursday at 11.00am

Enjoy a fun and engaging movement to music class that encourages gentle exercise through rhythm and movement. The session is suitable for people living with Parkinson’s and all levels of ability.

Branch News- A Walk in the Park for Parkinson’s

Our sincere thanks to our sponsors on the day, Dovida Homecare. We are especially grateful to the two ladies, along with the lovely young guest, who joined us, brought gifts for the participants, and kindly assisted throughout the event.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone at Parkinson’s Ireland for your support in organising the Walk in the Park event. A special word of thanks to Jamie for the dedication and effort in the lead up to the day.
