Exercise Classes in Kerry

Our Kerry Branch continues to run energising and supportive exercise classes through The Sequel Way gym. These sessions are a great opportunity to stay active, meet others, and support your well-being. Regular physical activity is especially important, as it can help ease symptoms and improve mobility.
