To help our members prioritise their wellbeing over the summer months, Parkinson’s Ireland has commissioned a new series of guided videos covering a range of activities including yoga, mindfulness, and exercise.

Created specifically for people living with Parkinson’s, these sessions are designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing and can be followed at your own pace, whenever it suits you.
