Parkinson’s Foundation released Hospital Care Recommendations aimed to reduce this harm.

These recommendations address patients’ daily mobility, administration of Parkinson’s medications and the frequency in which patients should undergo screenings for dysphagia, among other things. These recommendations can be used by hospitals to improve the quality of their PD care.
