Yoga and Chair Yoga Programme in Kilkenny

Parkinson’s Ireland is delighted to offer a six-week programme of yoga and chair yoga in Kilkenny this autumn.

The sessions will take place on Wednesdays at 11:30am from 28 October to 9 December 2026 at Orchard House, New Orchard Road, Newtown, Kilkenny, R95 XRC4.

The programme will be led by Laura, who currently teaches yoga in Carlow and Thomastown and will be working with the Parkinson’s Ireland branches in Kilkenny and Carlow.

Sessions will include a combination of yoga and chair yoga, with exercises adapted to suit the different abilities and needs of participants.
