1400km Cycling Challenge for Parkinson’s Ireland

Emmett and his close friends, Milosz and Mike, recently took on an incredible 1,400km cycling challenge from Munich to Cherbourg, France, raising funds for Parkinson’s Ireland and the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.

Setting off from Munich on 14 August, the trio embarked on a 13 day journey through Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium and France, finishing in Cherbourg on 26 August before taking the ferry home to Ireland.

Their remarkable journey was inspired by the impact that Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s can have on families and communities, and their desire to support the vital work of both charities.

We would like to congratulate Emmett, Milosz and Mike on completing this incredible challenge and thank them for their fantastic support of Parkinson’s Ireland!
