The theme of the week is #PepInYourStep4Parkinsons we are asking all our followers to take a photo of what puts a “pep in your step” and post it to our social media platforms using the hashtag #PepInYourStep4Parkinsons throughout the week.
Maybe it’s a walk, having a coffee with a friend or playing with the grandchildren that puts a pep in your step, what ever it might be we will love you to share the photos during Awareness Week.
