Chair Yoga Classes

Beginners Chair Yoga resumes on September 3rd at 6.15pm to 6.45pm! The class will then continue every Wednesday at the same time.

Please note that there will be no Yoga on September 10th

This Yoga session is completed from a chair and is suitable for all levels.
