New Services in Louth
Parkinson’s Ireland is delighted to announce the launch of a new 6 week exercise class pilot in Drogheda, Louth for people living with Parkinson’s.

The programme will begin on Thursday, September 10th and will run weekly each Thursday until October 15th at 11am. Classes will take place at the The Barbican, St. Peter’s Parish Centre (A92 X004)
Parking: Parking in Laurence Shopping Centre with entrances on Peters Street and Palace Street or on-street parking on Fair Street or Peter Street. Please note that parking outside the entrance is a Taxi Rank and you are liable to receive a parking ticket.
The classes are being provided free of charge and are designed to support people living with Parkinson’s through gentle exercise, movement, and social connection in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Exercise and physical activity can play an important role in helping people manage Parkinson’s symptoms, improve mobility, and support overall wellbeing. This pilot programme aims to give participants an opportunity to stay active while also connecting with others in their local community.
Registration is not needed. You are welcome to join us on the day.
