Parkinson’s Ireland Pre-Budget 2027 Lobby Day
Parkinson’s Ireland was pleased to host our Budget 2027 Lobby Day in the Buswell’s Hotel on June 10th 2026. A wide range of TDs and Senators joined Parkinson’s Ireland staff, local branch representatives, and board members for constructive dialogue. We will now begin the post-event process of following up with elected representatives to ensure that our asks are prioritised as part of the Budget 2027 process.
Urgent investment is needed to ensure a high quality of life for people living with Parkinson’s Disease and their care partners across three main headings:
- Mental Health & Parkinson’s Disease
- Additional Parkinson’s Nurse Specialists
- Additional Consultant Neurologists
