Parkinson’s Ireland Meath Branch is delighted to announce a new 6-week Physiotherapy Programme designed to support people living with Parkinson’s and their partners or carers.

Led by Gráinne McKeown, a Specialist Chartered Physiotherapist, this programme focuses on improving mobility, balance, strength, and overall wellbeing through tailored physiotherapy exercises.

📅 Dates: Mondays, 3rd November – 8th December 2025
⏰ Time: 12 noon

This dedicated physiotherapy series provides a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can benefit from professional guidance, connect with others in the community, and take positive steps towards maintaining independence and quality of life.
