Weekly Activities
Chair Yoga

Location: Community Centre, Castlemanor Nursing Home, Cavan
When: Every Friday at 11.00am
Cost: €5 per session

Join our weekly Chair Yoga class for gentle movement and stretching designed to support flexibility, balance, mobility and overall wellbeing.

Choir

Location: Club Rooms, Terry Coyle Park, Cavan Town
Cost: Free of charge

Our choir is currently taking a break and will return in September.
