Qi Gong

When: Wednesdays, 16 September to 21 October 2026
Join Alison for a six week Qi Gong programme. Alison and her husband have many years of experience practising and teaching Qi Gong, and she has also been working with the Waterford Branch since 2025. She also has experience working with people living with Alzheimer’s.
Yoga and Chair Yoga

When: Wednesdays, 28 October to 9 December 2026
Join Laura for a six week programme of yoga and chair yoga. Laura currently teaches in Carlow and Thomastown and will be working with the Parkinson’s Ireland branches in Kilkenny and Carlow.
Sessions will include yoga and chair yoga, with exercises adapted to suit the different abilities within the group.
