New Parkinson’s Nurse Specialist Service to Launch in Co. Mayo

Parkinson’s Ireland is delighted to announce that it will be setting up a local Parkinson’s nurse specialist service in Co. Mayo. Laura Niepage has joined Parkinson’s Ireland as a Parkinson’s Nurse Specialist. Laura was previously employed as a Parkinson’s Nurse Specialist with the NHS in the UK, and has significant experience in Parkinson’s disease.

The service will be based in Ballina Primary Care Centre in Co. Mayo. The service will be fully operational in March and full details of how to access the service will be communicated in due course.
