Wellbeing sessions with Dee Daly over 8 weeks

Please note: Dee Daly has finished her wellness classes for the summer. We will keep you updated with a start date when she resumes in September.

About the sessions

Good mental health and wellbeing is essential for all of us to maintain a comfortable and high quality of life. The weekly wellbeing sessions will cover the most relevant topics associated with good mental health and Parkinsons Disease; as an example, Dee will cover topics such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, disturbed dreams, low motivation, addictions and other topics of emotional concern.

The sessions are an opportunity for individuals with Parkinson’s and maybe a family member to ask questions about how to deal with depression or with panic attacks or low self-esteem. Maybe you have lost some confidence to socialize in ways you may have been used to; this is an opportunity to learn about thoughts and how to lessen their negative impact on your emotions and on your life.

Dee Daly is an accredited psychotherapist therapist and Adult Educator with an expertise in emotional issues linked to Parkinsons Disease. If you wish to have a topic explored that is not on the schedule, please contact Dee by email at deedaly1@gmail.com and make some suggestions.
