Yoga connects the body and mind, bringing awareness, strength, and flexibility.

The practice of yoga postures develops strength and flexibility, while soothing your nerves and calming your mind.

The postures affect the muscles, joints and skin, and the whole body – glands, nerves, internal organs, bones, respiration and the brain.

The physical building blocks of yoga are the posture and the breath.  Yoga can be done effectively from sitting and standing.

Yoga is for everyone with different levels of mobility and all ages.
