Online Zoom classes

Here are the classes we have planned for our members each week:

Monday evening:

Dee Daly – Mindfulness

Please note: The mindfulness classes have finished for the summer and will resume again in September. We will keep you updated with a start date.

Mindfulness with Dee Daly takes place on Monday evenings from 7pm – 8pm.

For security purposes, you need to register in advance via Zoom in order to obtain a link to the class.

An administrator will approve once membership is confirmed and you will receive an email. Please register at least 2 days before a class to all time for approval. You only need to register once.

Tuesday morning:

Dara McMahon – Sing Along Session.

Dara’s Sing Along Session takes place on Tuesday mornings at 11am.

Please note there is no sing along session on Tuesday, the 23rd of April. Final date for the summer break will be Tuesday, 25th of June and resume Tuesday, 10th September.

Wednesday morning:

Nurse led Clinic with PDNS Lisa Wynne and Kathy Foley

Our weekly nurse clinic now takes place on Wednesday mornings @ 11:00am. Click here for further details: Nurse led Wednesday zoom

Please note our nurses will take a short break for the month of June. Wednesday, 22nd May will be their final clinic until they restart weekly sessions on Wednesday, 10 July.

Wednesday evening:

Yoga In the Chair with Theresa

Yoga in the Chair takes place on Wednesday evenings from 6:15pm-6:45pm.

This Yoga session is completed from a chair and is suitable for all levels.

Please note the final date for the summer break will be Wednesday, 26th of June and resume Wednesday, 11th September.

Grainne McKeown holds this beneficial exercise class every Friday at 11am.
