Exercise with Grainne – Returning September 5th
We’re delighted to share that Grainne McKeown’s weekly exercise class will be returning on Friday, September 5th at 11am.
These sessions take place every Friday morning at 11am and are a fantastic way to stay active, improve strength and flexibility, and enjoy exercising together as a community.
