Membership of Parkinsons Association of Ireland

Membership of the Association includes membership of a local branch, and/or our branch for those diagnosed before the age of 55. You can download a membership form here. Fill it in on your computer, print it and send it to us, along with your membership fee and/or donation! The annual membership fee is €25 for 2011, the membership year runs as per the calendar year, and your form etc. will be forwarded to your chosen branch. You can join PALS (if under age 55 at diagnosis) either by itself or along with your local branch. If joining two branches, the membership fee is €30.

If you are donating a little extra, please also complete and print the CHY2 Form (Just the page marked 'To be completed by donors who are solely PAYE taxpayers' in RED) we can reclaim back the tax you have already paid, so you can help us even more at no extra cost.

Not quite ready to join a branch, or prefer not to?

Take out General Membership! The fee is the same, you receive our magazine and items of national interest and notice of national events, you pay the same fee of €25, and you can upgrade to branch membership by letting us know. NOTE - one membership fee covers a person with Parkinson's and a spouse or companion or carer.
