Pedal4Parkinsons

There are six cyclists on the road here in Ireland, four with Parkinson's, who are on the last leg of a 2,000 mile challenge to raise funds for research into a cure for Parkinson's disease. They have cycled the length of Britain and are almost at the end of their Malin to Mizen leg. Their leader, David Greaves, says he has had Parkinson's for 7 years, which says everything about the value of exercise! They have completed a live interview on radio in Limerick and our thanks go to all of the team involved in the event and also to the Limerick Branch who came out in force to meet the cycle group and show them some of our famous Irish hospitality. Best wishes to David and all the team on a huge effort.
