MEMBERSHIP FORM
Our freephone helpline number is 1 800 359 359. The cost of membership of a branch of the Association is 25 euro per annum. This includes our newsletters (three or four per year). If joining PALS, you may also choose to join your local branch for a total cost of 30 euro. Membership fees are due each January, and one fee covers a person with Parkinson's and one accompanying person (membership).
