The Cork Parkinson’s Branch was established as a support group for the county and has members from all locations in the Cork area. Our Branch is the second largest in the country and we hope to have meetings in different locations over the coming months.
Do you have a relative or friend with Parkinson’s Disease, who would like to chat to other people with the condition or who would like to obtain more information?
Or perhaps you would like to volunteer and get involved with some of our activities?
Feel free to join us with your relative/friend or on your own at our meetings, which take place every two months
at the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, near Victoria Cross, Cork City .
We also meet for morning coffee on alternate months, have informative talks by specialists, a Christmas dinner party, and an annual summer outing.

Cork Parkinson's Support Group visited the Regional Park, Ballincollig for their monthly walk, followed by coffee, at Cafe Chico. Within the Park, Cork County Council have placed suitable walking surfaces for the disabled and those who have difficulty in walking. The weather this morning was dry, sunny and went up to 14 degrees. A small group attended today. People chatted at coffee with others who were new to them. A very pleasant morning indeed.
Any queries regarding the monthly walks and morning coffee with CPSG, ring Catryn at 086-8202204.
